• 1.1 Access: Marvelous provides a B2B platform located at https://www.marvelous.app/ (the “Service”). Subject to this Agreement, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to access the Service for your internal business purposes.
• 1.2 Beta Features: We may occasionally offer “Beta Services.” These are provided “AS-IS” for testing purposes and may contain bugs. We may terminate Beta Services at any time without liability.

• 2.1 Entity Representation: If you are signing up on behalf of a company, you represent that you have the legal authority to bind that company to these terms.
• 2.2 Security: You are responsible for all actions taken through your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access. Marvelous will not be liable for losses caused by any unauthorized use of your account.

• 3.1 Customer Content: You retain all ownership of the data and content you upload (“Customer Content”). You grant Marvelous a worldwide, royalty-free license to host, backup, and display your content solely to provide the Service to you.
• 3.2 Aggregated Data: Marvelous may collect and use anonymized, aggregated data derived from your use of the Service (e.g., usage statistics) to improve our platform. This data will never identify you or your users.
• 3.3 Our IP: Marvelous owns all rights to the Service, including software, UI/UX design, and logos. You may not "scrape," "frame," or "mirror" any part of the Service without permission.

You agree not to use Marvelous for:

• Prohibited Data: Storing highly sensitive data (e.g., full credit card numbers, health records, or government IDs) unless specifically authorized.
• Harmful Conduct: Uploading malware, spamming, or violating the rights (including privacy and IP) of any third party.
• Circumvention: Attempting to bypass rate limits or security features of the platform.

• 5.1 Plans: Fees are billed based on your selected subscription.
• 5.2 Changes: We may change our fees upon 30 days' notice. For existing subscriptions, new fees will apply at the next renewal.
• 5.3 Taxes: All fees are exclusive of Singapore Goods and Services Tax (GST) and other applicable taxes, which shall be paid by the Customer.

As a Singapore-based entity, Marvelous complies with the Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA). To the extent Marvelous processes "Personal Data" on your behalf, we act as a Data Intermediary. Our data processing obligations are further detailed in our privacy policy.

• 7.1 Liability Cap: To the maximum extent permitted by Singapore law, Marvelous’s total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you to us in the 12 months preceding the incident.
• 7.2 Indemnity: You agree to indemnify and hold Marvelous harmless from any claims, damages, or legal fees resulting from your Customer Content or your violation of this Agreement.

• 8.1 Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings.
• 8.2 Termination for Cause: We may suspend or terminate your access immediately if we reasonably suspect a breach of Section 4 (AUP) or non-payment of fees.
